Refund Policy for Zippy Ludo

Effective Date: 01-05-2025

1. No Refunds for Tournaments

All payments made to enter Ludo tournaments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a match is cancelled due to technical errors or issues from our end.

2. Technical Glitches or Server Errors

If a tournament is interrupted due to server issues or unforeseen technical failures, users may be eligible for a full or partial refund or re-entry at our discretion.

3. User-Initiated Issues

No refunds will be processed for losses or incomplete games due to poor network, app uninstallation, or user mistakes. Please ensure stable internet and device compatibility before playing.

4. Wallet & Deposits

Deposits made into the wallet for gameplay are non-refundable. However, unused funds may be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal policy and verification procedures.

5. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, contact our support team immediately. We’ll investigate and resolve genuine issues within 7 business days.
